This will serve as introduction to our CARPENTER SKILL ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM WINTER/SPRING 2009 SCHEDULE.

Training Apprentices has always been and will remain the primary focus of this Apprentice & Training Program. However, Carpenters in the work force today are needed to perform a wide variety of tasks and should not be restricted to one particular phase of carpentry work.

Through their foresight, our Trustees representing Management and Labor realize that carpenters today must maintain, upgrade and enhance their skills and have deemed it a necessity to offer carpenters the opportunity to advance their skills in our trade.

With these goals in mind, the CARPENTER SKILL ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM has been developed to ensure that our industry maintains the best trained and skilled work force for which our area is known.
