CARPENTER SKILL ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM |
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS |
| 1.An Applicant Must be a member of the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters in good standing (must show proof of same on first day of class). All applications will be reviewed. |
| 2.Applications for classes must be post marked to the Carpenter Training Center In Elk Grove Only or deposited in the "CSAP Applications" mail slot located across from the lunchroom at the Elk Grove Training Center a minimum of fifteen (15) days prior to the first date of class session. |
| 3. One Application and enrollment fee (no cash, please!) must be submitted for each course requested. Please make check/money order payable to the Carpenter Skill Advancement Program. |
| 4. Upon receipt of completed application and course enrollment fee, eligible applicants will be notified, by mail, when classes commence within ten (10) days of the beginning of the course. |
| 5.ENROLLMENT FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE unless course requested is full/canceled or if an applicant is determined ineligible. Applicant will be notified by mail and enrollment fee will be refunded. |
